The surroundings and our room were a delight: such an inspiration, and so helpful in bringing about an atmosphere of calm reflection, vital for our work.

And the food, hospitality and service, what an example! Not contrived, but genuine, from the heart. Authentic food, thoughtfully and skilfully prepared, such a delight. It meant so much. And for me, a valuable lesson in how committed staff, working together with quiet efficiency, can transform work into service.
